Aviva Save is now part of MyAviva, You should have received some emails explaining this, so please check.
Otherwise, this is what you need to do:
Make sure Aviva Save is connected to MyAviva account

Go to
www.direct.aviva.co.uk/MyAccount/login
to either log in or register for MyAviva. You may need to verify your identity using some photo ID and your phone camera.

If you're registering for a MyAviva account, you'll need your National Insurance number and your Aviva Save customer number (you'll find this in emails from us).
